7.1 General Minimum Age

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation at Belvarian Stay independently. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times on the property.

7.2 Casino Minimum Age

In accordance with New Zealand law and our own house rules, entry to and participation in any gaming activity within the Belvarian Stay casino is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age in the form of a valid, government-issued photographic identity document will be required upon entry to the casino floor. Any person unable to produce satisfactory proof of age will be refused entry.

Misrepresenting your age or facilitating the entry of an underage person to the casino constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in removal from the premises and referral to the relevant authorities.
